Todd Barnes’ entrepreneur spirit started at a young age. Todd started

BMX racing at age 5, at age 7 was in the top 7 in the nation. At age 9, after a bad accident, Todd and his father started a helmet company with their own proprietary helmet design, which revolutionized the helmet industry. Mr. Barnes has also successfully founded and sold a CBD/THC company, and the first trademarked CBD cosmetic company.

Currently Mr. Barnes is the Chief Operating Officer for RGD Construction and CEO for his two active companies, Fun on Fremont (vintage arcade and slot car company) and Secret Wellness Group (CBD company and retail store). In addition to his current roles, Mr. Barnes started/operates small business vendor fairs to show case local small businesses, and artists in the community. Todd is just as passionate about his family as he is about business, and enjoys his

time hanging out with his wife, kids, and grand kids.
